Delivery (UK Only)

We currently ship to UK mainland addresses only.

All orders are dispatched using a 48-hour tracked delivery service. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by peak periods, public holidays, or courier delays beyond our control.

Once your order is on the move, tracking details will land in your inbox.

Returns Policy

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. If your return request comes in after that window, we won’t be able to accept it.

Sale & Limited-Edition Items

Seasonal sale items and limited-edition releases are final sale and not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

That said, this never affects your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Multiple Item Orders

To keep things fair (and avoid stock hoarding), if more than two of the same style are purchased in a single order, we’ll accept one discretionary return for that style only.

This applies to change-of-mind returns and does not affect your statutory rights.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Returns showing signs of wear, damage, or use won’t be accepted. Proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, email Info@dirtyrocker.co.uk with:

  • Your order number
  • Your reason for return

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Anything returned without prior approval will be automatically refused.

We don’t currently offer return labels. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Check your order as soon as it arrives. If something’s not right, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If an item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we’ll make it right, either with a replacement or a full refund, and we’ll cover the return postage in line with your statutory rights.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items can’t be returned:

  • Sale items (unless faulty or not as described)
  • Limited-edition items (unless faulty or not as described)
  • Gift cards

Always read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you want something else, return your original item (once approved) and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Bank and card processing times may vary. If 14 days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your funds, contact Info@dirtyrocker.co.uk.
